• 210 g flour (tipo 00)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp bicarbonate
• 3 tbsp. poppyseed (27 gram)
• 125 gram room tempered butter
• 3 egg
• 225 g sugar
• 3-4 tbsp orange juice
• The zest of two medium sized washed organic lemons
• 100 ml Greek yoghurt
• 200 g icing sugar
• 2-3 tbs lemonjuice
