• 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (3/4 lb. is good)
• 2 tbsp. fat
• 2 cups water or chicken or beef stock
• 1/4 cup carrots, diced
• 1/4 cup celery, diced
• 1/4 cup onion, chopped
• 1 tbstp. parsley, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/16 tsp. pepper
• 1/16 tsp. paprika
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 2 tbsp. flour
• 1 cup cereal cream
• 1 cup milk
