Ingredients

• 32 ounces of frozen shredded hash browns
• 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
• 10-15 ounces of homemade cream sauce. Take butter and flour, same amount and brown. Add garlic and onion powder cook for a minute. Add heavy cream
• 1 pint of sour cream
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 cups grated Colby jack cheese. I grate my own.
• salt and pepper
