Ingredients

• 4 Granny Smith apples (peeled and sliced thin)
• 1 package Filo Dough (thawed in the fridge overnight)
• 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon brown sugar (lightly packed)
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
