• 1-2 pouches Amore Grilled Peppers
• 1 pouch Amore Sun-Dried Tomatoes
• 2 small zucchini
• Butter lettuce
• Fresh basil for garnish
• 2 tsp shallots , finely chopped
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground pepper
• 1-2 tsp Amore Anchovy Paste
• 1 tbsp Amore Herb Paste
• 1 tsp honey
