Hairy Bikers Rhubarb Chutney Recipe 🌿

Ingredients

• 1 kg (2.2 lb) of rhubarb, trimmed and chopped into 2 cm (0.8 inch) pieces
• 500 g (1.1 lb) of light brown sugar
• 250 ml (8.5 fl oz) of cider vinegar
• 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
• 4 cm (1.6 inch) piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
• 2 tsp of cumin seeds
• 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp of red chili flakes
• A pinch of ground cloves
• 1 large red onion, peeled and finely chopped
• 100 g (3.5 oz) of raisins
