- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1-2 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped tarragon (or 3 teaspoons of dry tarragon)
- white pepper to taste
- 1-2 drops fresh lemon juice
