• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• 1 tbsp plain flour
• 1 tbsp thyme
• 500 ml beef stock
• Worcestershire sauce, to taste
• Pepper, to taste
• 900 g potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 75 g reduced fat spread
• 125 ml semi-skimmed milk
