• 650g Minced Beef
• 1 Onion
• 2 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 Large Carrot
• 150g Frozen Peas
• 2 tsp Tomato Puree
• 1 tbsp Plain Flour
• 150ml Red Wine
• 2 Beef Stock Cubes
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 tsp Oregano
• 800g Potatoes
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 100ml Milk
• 100g Grated Cheddar Cheese
