• 3 tortillas (corn or wheat flour)
• 1 avocado
• 1/4 onion
• ½ garlic
• 1 small red pepper
• 1 tomato
• ½ lime
• salt
• pepper
• ½ red onion
• 1 handful of fresh coriander
