• 800 g passata
• Salt & Pepper
• 15 Soft Taco Wraps
• 300g / 10oz grated cheese, mix of mozzarella and cheddar
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1/4 red onion, finely diced
• 50ml / 1/4 cup sour cream
• 75g / 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup coriander leaves
• 1 packet of Refried Beans (optional)
