• 1 stick cold butter, diced
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 5 tbsp butter
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• ¾ cup maple syrup
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 cups toasted pecans
• 2 tbsp bourbon
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
