• 10 Button Mushrooms, Sliced
• 1 Small bell pepper, julienned
• 1/2 Small chopped onion
• 3 Cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 Tsp Salt

• 2 Tsp of Italian seasoning
• 1 Cup heavy cream
• 2 Cups of beef broth
• 1 1/2 Cups of penne pasta
• 2 Cups of shredded mozzarella
• 1/4 Cup of grated Parmesan
• 2 Tbsp chopped parsley for ganish
