Chickpea Salad with Sausage and Snap Peas | Savory
Chorizo is a Spanish sausage that’s a little like salami. Don’t use Mexican chorizo, which needs to be cooked before using. If you can’t find chorizo, salami or pepperoni are fine substitutes.
