Ingredients
- 1kg /1/2kg steak
- Ginger garlic
- Red chilli paste
- Crushed garlic
- Lemon juice
- Pepper steak spice
- Lemon pepper
- 1.braise one chopped onion with olive oil .
- 2. When slightly brown add in marinated steak and cook til almost done.
- 3. Grate 2 tomatoes and add in steak and allow to cook till done.
- 4.Lastly add mustard sauce,mayo,tomato sauce,Peri peri sauce and garlic sauce .
- 5.layer the steak in a Pyrex dish
