Greek Lamb Pizzas Recipe - Bakers Delight

Ingredients

• 2 Bakers Delight White Pizza Bases
• 2 tbsp pizza sauce or tomato paste
• 1/2 a red onion, finely sliced
• 1 tomato, sliced and cut into quarters
• 1/2 a cucumber, sliced and cut into quarters
• 200g finely sliced marinated lamb
• 100g mozzarella cheese
• 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
• 1/2 a cucumber, finely grated
• 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
• 1 tsp finely chopped dill
• 1 tsp Greek seasoning
• 1 lemon
• 1 cup of rocket
