Mexican Steak Tartare - An Awesome Mexican Twist | Recipe
We swapped out the capers & cornichons for guacamole, salsa & of course a little of our chipotle paste for Mexican steak tartare.

Ingredients
- 200g / 7oz Beef fillet steak (it needs to be top quality steak)
- Handful coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lime
- 1 Ripe tomato (finely chopped)
- ½ Shallot (finely chopped)
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 Organic egg yolk
- Few slices of sourdough/ciabatta bread.
- 1 teaspoon Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste
