Salmon and leek pasta recipe is made using homemade pasta fresh salmon steaks and baked in the oven then topped with a rich citrus butter sauce with steenberg's organic Galangal to flavour the sauce

Ingredients

• Pasta (Home Made) 5oz pasta flour type 00
• 1 medium egg
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon organic dill herbs
• 4 pieces fresh salmon steaks, bones removed
• 1 pint milk
• 3 large leeks and 20g butter
• 2 cloves garlic crushed
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
• 1 teaspoon organic perfect salt blend
• 1/2 egg
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 60g butter
• 1 teaspoon organic Galangal
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Juice of 1 small lime
