• 0.50 cup milk
• 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
• 1 cup part skim milk Mozzarella cheese, shredded
