Ingredients

• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 large carrot, finely chopped
• 1 leek, chopped
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 14 oz. cans chopped tomatoes
• 1 14 oz. can butter beans, drained
• 2 14 oz. cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
• ¾ cup dry cider
• 1 cup Broth Masters Bone Broth
• A few sprigs thyme, leaves only
• 2 sausages (optional)
• 1 tsp olive oil per portion
