• 2 cans plums (drained, pitted and chopped, 15 ounces each)
• 1-3/4 cups chopped dates
• 1 cup golden raisins
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1/2 cup dried currants
• 3 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1/4 cup dark rum or orange juice
