Chocolate Loaf (orange N Lime Zest Trimmings (chocolate Vermicelli) recipe by Fatima Mahomed

Ingredients

• ¾ cup dark brown sugar
• 1 cup sifted thrice Cake flour plus add in ¼ more.....
• ⅓ cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup buttermilk (should not be runny, if not use double whipping cream)
• 1 teaspoon orange essence
• ⅓ cup cocoa powder (use a good brand)
• ¼ cup orange juice
• ¼ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
• Pinch salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder (moirs was used)
• Grated fresh orange zest
• Fresh Lime zest
