hot lobster dip recipe

Ingredients

• 1 can of lobster meat, defrosted the day prior
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 celery stalk, diced
• 1 shallot, minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 cup of gruyere cheese, grated
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1/2 sour cream
• 1 tbsp mayo
• 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
• 1/2 tsp pepper
