• 45 ml Brown sugar
• 10 ml Baking powder
• 2 1/2 ml Bicarbonate of soda
• 2 1/2 ml Rosemary, finely chopped
• 2 1/2 ml Sage, finely chopped
• 5 ml Salt
• 45 ml DairyBelle Butter, chopped
• 80 ml Milk
• 1 cup DairyBelle Smooth or Chunky Cottage cheese (flavour of choice)
• 1 Egg white
