Beat sugar and eggs until very light, add almonds, grated, raisins, matzo meal, the wine and orange juice, and lastly the whites of eggs. Bake in spring form in moderate oven.

- 4 whites, beaten stiff
- ¼ lb. almonds, blanched
- ¼ lb. sweet grated chocolate
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 yolks, beaten
