• 1 ¾ Cups All-Purpose Flour
• ¾ Cup Cornmeal
• 1 ½ tsp Turmeric
• 2 ½ Baking Powder
• ¾ tsp Baking Soda
• ¾ Cup Butter (+1 Tbsp extra), unsalted and at room temperature
• ¾ Cup Sugar (+3 Tbsp extra)
• 1 tsp Salt
• Zest of 4 Lemons
• 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 3 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
• 3 Tbsp Honey
• 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 ¾ Cup Sour Cream or yogurt (some fat content is better than zero fat)
