• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tbsp. caraway seed
• 1-1/2 tsp. salt
• 3 cups stirred rye flour
• 2 cups water
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 1/4 cup butter or
• margarine
• 3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
• Shortening (I used Pam spray)
