• 2 cups rye flour
• 2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
• 1 1/2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
• 1 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds (optional)
• 2 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3/4 tsp. instant coffee granules
