• 1 1/2 cups 35% cream
• 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup black treacle (or molasses)
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 6 egg yolks
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup 35% cream
• 1 cup 10% blend cream
• 1 fl oz spiced or white rum
• 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp allspice
• 1/8 tsp clove
