A lovely basic recipe for potato and leek soup that I often serve with crispy bacon and garlic bread.
Ingredients
- 28 g (2 Tbsp) Olive Oil
- 250 g (1 pcs) Leek
- 200 g (1 pcs) Yellow Onion
- 10 g (2 pcs) Garlic Clove
- 600 g Potatoes floury
- 1 kg (1 liter) Water
- 30 g (3 pcs) Bouillon Cube Vegitable
- 1 g (1 tsp) Thyme dried
- 200 g (2 dl) Crème Fraiche
- 6 g (1 tsp) Salt
- 0.5 g (0.25 tsp) Black Pepper
