Ingredients

• 0.5 oz cilantro leaves
• 3 tbsp coconut milk, well-stirred
• 1 tbsp chopped jalapeño pepper
• juice of 1 lime (reserve the zest for meatballs)
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• zest of 1 lime
• 1 large egg white
• 2 tsp fish sauce (or sub low-sodium soy sauce)
• 1.5 tsp Thai red curry paste
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1 oz almond flour
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
