- 1/2 cup Green Peas, fresh or frozen
- 1 Onion (large), diced
- 2-4 clove Garlic, peeled
- 2-4 Green Chilli, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Parsley, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds, freshly ground
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder,
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder,
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds,
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice,
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda,
- 1/2 to 1 cup Gram Flour (Besan), (or as needed)
- Olive Oil, as needed to fry
