Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soaked Green Moong Dal (Whole), (or 1/4 Cup un-soaked)
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Onion (large), diced
  • 2-4 clove Garlic, peeled
  • 2-4 Green Chilli, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds, freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder,
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder,
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds,
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice,
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda,
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Gram Flour (Besan), (or as needed)
  • Olive Oil, as needed to fry
