• 1 kg of boiled potatoes
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
• 3 dl milk
• 2 cups cream
• 2 dl Västerbottensost®, grated
• 1⁄2 tsp nutmeg
• White pepper
• Salt
• 1 cup mix of chopped dill, chervil, chives
