• 1 tb Lemon juice
• 3 Herbal tea bags (a brand
• 1 1/2 ts Butter or marg.
• 1 c Currant jelly, red or black
• 3 oz Rosehips
• 1 1/2 c Water
• 1 Cinnamon
• Or a mixture
• 1/2 ts Flour
• With hibiscus or rosehips
