• 1/4 tsp, baking powder

• 120ml, vegetable oil
• 80ml, whole milk
• 1, large egg, beaten
• 250g, yellow icing
• 200g, icing sugar
• A few drops, red food colouring, until the right shade
• 60g, coconut flakes
• A few drops, green food colouring, until the right shade
• A few drops, yellow food colouring, until the right shade
• 1 tsp, sesame seeds
