• Milk, warm (for binding)
• ½ kg Fillet (chinese cut)
• 1 teaspoon Blackpepper powder
• 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
• ½ Lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Garlic (pounded)
• 1 teaspoon Ginger (pounded)
• ½ teaspoon Soya sauce
• 1 tablespoon Sugar (optional)
• 1 teaspoon Cornflour (mixed in 4 tablespoon water)
• ½ Cucumber (jullienes)
• ½ Carrot (grated)
• 1 Onion (slices)
• 1 Capsicum (jullienes)
• 1 Green chilli (chopped)
• 4 tablespoon Vinegar
• Salt (pinch)
