Well this certainly didn’t look as good as chef Dean Edwards version but it tasted DEEEEEEELICIOUS! 🤤
Ingredients
- 300 g Sirloin steak
- 1 Small egg
- 3-4 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic & ginger paste
- 50 ml Tomato ketchup
- 50 ml Sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 30 g Sugar
- 1 packet Sticky rice
- 1 handful Fresh coriander
- 2 portions Soy beans
- 1 Fresh chillies
