Nova Scotia Fish Cakes - Atlantic Bakers

Ingredients

• 1 lb fish, cooked
• 5 large potatoes, russet or baking potatoes
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 1 tsp summer savoury (optional)
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons celery, diced
• 1/4 cup onions, diced
• 1 large egg, beaten
• Sea salt and cracked black pepper
• 1 tbsp Atlantic Bakers All-Purpose Flour
