Mario's Cannelloni - The Village Grocer

Ingredients

• 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
• 2 egg yolks
• 4 tbsp butter
• 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk
• 2 (14.5oz) cans tomatoes or 1 (28oz can)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup white wine
• salt and pepper to taste
• 12 Rustichella D’Abruzzo Cannelloni
• fresh Parmesan Cheese
