Swiss Steak

Ingredients

• 2 pounds of round or chuck steak,
• 1/4 cup of flour,
• 1 teaspoon of dry mustard,
• salt,
• pepper,
• 1 onion chopped,
• 2 carrots sliced thinly,
• 1 pound of tomatoes chopped,
• 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and
• 3 teaspoons of brown sugar
