Parmesan Tomato Tart | Recipe Finder

• 2 t fresh oregano
• 3/4 t salt
• 1/2 t fresh ground black pepper
• 8 ea roma tomato

• 6 ea fresh oregano
• 350 degrees for 60 minutes, just until golden remove from oven and allow to cool
• 30 minutes, before cutting garnish with an oregano sprig serve warm or at room temperature
