• 2 green onions, thinly sliced

• 2 zucchini, sliced
• 4 plum tomatoes, sliced
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh basil, chopped
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) flat-leaf parsley, chopped

• 4 fillets trout, about 150 g each
