Ingredients

• 15 1/2 oz. can black-eyed peas, drained
• 10 oz. can shoe-peg corn, drained
• onion, chopped
• 2 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped
• green onions, thinly sliced
• medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1/2 clove garlic, minced
• medium green bell pepper, chopped
• jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 1/4 cup bottled Italian dressing
• 1/2 bag tortilla chips
