Ingredients

• The Spices:
• 3tsp ground turmeric
• 3tsp garlic powder
• 3tsp smoked paprika
• 1tsp cracked black pepper
• The Sausages:
• 2tbsp olive oil
• 2 cumberland or pork sausages
• 400grms new potatoes, boiled and tender, peeled and halved,
• 100grms fresh carrots boiled and sliced
• 100grms button mushrooms
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• fresh parsley chopped
• The cod fish:
• 25grms butter
• 2 x 150grms of juicy thick cod fish fillets, you can use any fish EG: hoki,herrings,sardines,halibut or turbot
• 1tsp flour
