• Grated rind of one lemon
• 2 teaspoons of baking soda
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 2 cups of milk
• 4 cups of white flour
• six cups of icing sugar
• 2 teaspoons of coconut extract
• 1/8 cup of milk
• food colouring as required
