Potato Mushroom Tart - Recipe | Michele Anna Jordan
Inspiration for this yummy Potato Mushroom Tart comes from two sources. In this version, I use black chanterelles instead of button mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, scrubbed
- 3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup bread crumbs, preferably homemade
- 2 shallots, minced
- Kosher salt
- 8 ounces black chanterelle mushrooms, broken into small pieces
- 3/4 cup white wine
- Black pepper in a mill
- 2 cups (8 ounces) grated Jack cheese
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
