• 13 g brown sugar
• 30 ml sriracha sauce
• 15 ml rice vinegar
• 5 ml sesame oil
• 5 g red pepper flakes, crushed
• 30 ml water
• 225 g spaghetti
• Salt for cooking the noodles
• 30 g unsalted butter
• 450 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
• Salt, just enough for your taste
• Fresh ground black pepper, to your liking
• 15 ml soy sauce
• 15 ml olive oil
• 5 g cornstarch (you can skip it)
