• 400 g peeled tomatoes
• 2 onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 2 dl red wine
• Oil for frying
• Freshly chopped chili of your own choosing (optional)
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
• 400 g penne
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp salt
