Ingredients

• 2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour
• 1-½ tsp (7 mL) baking powder
• 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) salt
• Grated zest of 2 lemons, reserve 1 tsp (5 mL) for Lemon Cream Sauce
• 1-¼ cup (300 mL) granulated sugar
• 1 cup (250 mL) 2 % plain yogurt
• ¼ cup (50 mL) butter, melted
• ¼ cup (50 mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 eggs
• ½ tsp (2 mL) baking soda
