• 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
• 1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon extract
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup sour cream
